The Membership Card must be presented every time.
Members must fill out a waiver once for each field they play at (Indoor, Outdoor, and Area 51) at time of purchase of the membership card. After that they will not need to fill out another waiver for the rest of the year.

Memberships are good for one year from the date purchased aka if I buy it June 15 2010 then its good to June 15 2011
Membership can NOT be transferred.
