Is there any reason why someone should not put a 360 QEV and a Tech T L7 bolt into an ion?

well, I'm new to this whole "electronic gun" that I seem to have landed. Basically here's my question:
I've got an ion, with L7 bolt, 360 QEV, and virtue board (amongst other things). How do I maximize my rate of fire and air efficiency. I understand I need to mess with my dwell to get consistancy, but beyond that, my mind is void. Help me out?
