Step One:
Sign up at an image hosting site. (Example: www.photobucket.com) Step Two: Select picture and add it to your album. (Most valid file types: jpg, gif, png, bmp, tif, swf) Step Three: Copy the URL (address) for the picture. (Example: www.photobucket.com/album1/mypicture.jpeg) Final Step: When posting, Click the "IMG" button, and insert the picture URL/Address into the pop-up box. (After Clicking "OK" it will automatically insert the code into your post) If you still don't understand, too bad.
